The mark consists of a circular shaped design. Beginning in the center of the mark is a face from the shoulders up of a Native American Indian wearing a necklace of triangular shaped beading and a ceremonial tobacco leaf headdress surrounded by a circular line. Surrounding the inner circle line are the words "TOBACCONISTS' ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA, LTD." in bold lettering beginning at the 7 o'clock position, and then at the 6 o'clock position are two smoking pipes that criss-cross. The wording and the pipes are surrounded by an outer circular line; on the outside of the outer circular line the following words appear in all capital letters: "QUALITY" (appearing at the 8 o'clock position), "INTEGRITY" (appearing at the 6 o'clock position) and "SERVICE" (appearing at the 4 o'clock position).
