The mark consists of a circular design featuring a scarlet macaw (parrot) sitting on a brown branch. The parrot is in the following colors: red, yellow, blue, white, black. Part of the tail of the parrot comes out of the circle design. To the left and right of the parrot are two brown islands with brown palm trees. The left island has two palm trees and the right island has three palm trees. There are brown lines coming out from the islands and these lines represent water. To the left of the parrot and behind the left island is a yellow sun. The background design changes color from red to orange to yellow to blue going from the top to the bottom of the design. At the top of the design and above the parrot are the words "EL LORO" in stylized blue font with a zigzag design in white font within each letter and at the bottom of the design and below the parrot are the words "MEXICAN RESTAURANT FRESH AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD." The words "MEXICAN RESTAURANT" are in stylized red font inside a white rectangle. The words "FRESH AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD" are in stylized black font underneath the words "MEXICAN RESTAURANT."
