The mark consists of the wording, "Estrella Negra" written in a stylized font, arranged in a horizontal crescent, above a stylized design of a skull that is centered horizontally. The skull design is heavily decorated. Within the skull; decorative, curved lines appear across the surface of the skull; at the top and the bottom edges of skull are partial flower designs; the eyes of the skull are made from flower and petal designs; two hearts are center aligned at the top of the forehead of the skull and the other on the chin; dots of varying sizes are also center-aligned within the skull as decorative design elements. On each side of the skull and along the length of the skull, vertically oriented curved and overlapping lines, form a linear design. At the bottom of the mark, below the skull, appear three (3) stylized flowers with leaves.
