The mark consists of a stylized capital "R" underlined by a solid, thick dark blue line. Beneath the thick underline is a thin underline which runs the length of the mark horizontally from the left edge to the right edge. The leftmost vertical line of the capital "R" has a serif extending horizontally to the left at the top of the letter and also at the bottom of the letter. The R is dark blue with a light gray triangle pointed downward at the center of the top of the left edge. The light gray triangle and dark gray band of color running vertically down the left half of the leftmost vertical line indicate shading giving the capital "R" a three-dimensional appearance, as well as the light gray shading at the top of the "R"'s top right, curved line and at the top of the "R"'s lower right curved line. The text "RivCo" appears in smaller, dark blue lettering consisting of a capital "r", lower case "i", lowercase "v" capital "c", lowercase"o" lettering at the base of the capital "R" in the negative space between the leftmost vertical line of the "R" and the point where the rightmost diagonal of the "R" meets the horizontal underline. The lower right diagonal of the capital "r" is shorter than the leftmost vertical line, extending vertically to the right in parallel with the lower, double underline. Between the two parallel lines made up of the extended rightward serif on top and the double underline on the bottom, the text "WEALTH MANAGEMENT" appears in all capital letters in dark blue. Above the text, the top parallel line forms the bottom of a three-sided frame, extending upwards at a right angle from the right most edge of the line above the text. The frame is dark blue with a thin, light gray line running along the outer edge of the capital "r" down along the inner edge of the three sided frame. The rightmost vertical line of the frame is dark blue with a dark gray line running immediately to the left of the dark blue line. The top of the frame is a light gray line with a dark blue line running immediately below the gray line, to indicate shading from a light source immediately overheadr. Within the frame, the left edge of which is the capital "r" itself, is a solid, light blue background with an image of stylized silhouettes of palm trees in dark blue. The silhouettes appear on either side of a light blue road or path, which extends into the distance as if the viewer were approaching an empty road with about 10 palm trees on either side of the road, which appear smaller and less distinct as the road continues into the distance.
