The mark consists of the words el pollo Norteño approximately centered within the perimeter of an outer circle, wherein the letters in el pollo Norteño appear in a cattywampus fashion with respect to each other and collectively slant from the left to the right in an uphill fashion, and the mark further consists of mountains and sky within an inner circle that is circumscribed by said outer circle, and the mark still further consists of el pollo Norteño appearing in the foreground over said mountains and sky, and the mark yet further consists of the words EL AUTENTICO DEL SABOR DEL NORTE appearing at an upper portion and between said circles in the mark, whereas the words POLLO ASADO Y ANTIJITOS appear at a bottom portion and between said circles in the mark.
