The mark consists of the following: a stylized royal blue shield/badge outlined in black with a yellow outer border and yellow inner border, bearing "NORTHEAST BRAVEST" in large yellow letters near the top of the badge. Underneath "NORTHEAST BRAVEST" is a smaller red clover design outlined in yellow. Inside of the clover, "DEDICATION" is written in white letters inside of a royal blue banner outlined in white. "POLICE" is written in yellow letters inside of a red banner outlined in white, arching over a royal blue rescue symbol outlined in yellow inside of a white circle with a red background, with white plants on either side of the rescue symbol . On the left side of the red clover is a white fire hydrant, and on the right side is a white ladder. Beneath the rescue symbol, "FIRE AND RESCUE" is written in yellow letters outlined in a white banner.
