The mark consists of three concentric, irregular hexagons with an inverted chevron design at the top, a chevron design at the bottom and two lines of wording inside the hexagons, the first line of wording is "STARS & STRIPES" in varying sizes of letters for the appearance of being aslant and the second, centered line is "COLLECTIVE" with an abutting acute isosceles triangular design on each side of the word "COLLECTIVE" in front of but protruding out to the right and left of the five concentric circles wherein the third circle from the outside contains a small star followed by the arched words "GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR AMERICAN MADE STYLE" followed by a second small star above the irregular hexagon and the words "ESTABLISHED 2013" below the irregular hexagon with the inner most concentric circle containing a vertical striped design under the irregular hexagon and a slanted stripe, 13 star and one anchor design above the irregular hexagon.
