The mark consists of a design having (1) a square; (2) a horizontally-oriented first rectangle partially superimposed on top of an upper right corner of the square, with a portion of the left side of the first rectangle extending above the top side of the square, a portion of the bottom side of the first rectangle extending beyond the right side of the square, and the top and right sides of the first rectangle located wholly outside the bounds of the square; (3) a vertically-oriented second rectangle partially superimposed on top of a mid-portion of the square, with portions of the left and right sides of the second rectangle extending below the bottom side of the square, the top side of the second rectangle located wholly inside the bounds of the square, and the bottom side of the second rectangle located wholly outside the bounds of the square; and (4) a vertically-oriented third rectangle wholly superimposed over the square and positioned adjacent an upper extent of the right side of the second rectangle so that the top side of the third rectangle is horizontally aligned with the top side of the second rectangle, the left side of the third rectangle is vertically aligned with the right side of the second rectangle, and the bottom and right sides of the third rectangle are located wholly within the bounds of the square, the fourth rectangle sharing attributes of the background so as to represent an aperture formed through the square. The word "FIDELIS" appears to the right of the design in a stylized font above the words "REALTY PARTNERS" in a slightly smaller stylized font. A horizontal line separates the word "FIDELIS" from the words "REALTY PARTNERS".
