The mark consists of a rectangular label for bottle divided by wavy lines which bisect the rectangle into upper and lower segments. The top rectangle is outlined in a solid line identifying the elements claimed as the mark. The dotted lines showing the outline of the bottom and sides of the lower of a rectangle as well as a bottle are not a part of the mark and are intended to show placement of the mark on the container for the goods. The upper segment (above the wavy lines) is not lined for any particular color, but to show contrast in shades between the upper (darker) and lower segment (lighter) of the label. The term "pH Rise" is shown in dotted lines and is not part of Applicant's trade dress mark, but is simply to show placement of a generic product name on a product label.
