The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle which contains the goods, which bottle has two front, beveled, and curved vertical corners; a front panel with an indented asymmetrical shape; an indented circular depression on the front, top curved shoulder; two side panels, each having an indented portion with curving slopes and bearing the words "E. COINTREAU" in cursive raised lettering, two back vertical corners which are beveled, indented, and curved, for most but not all of the edge; and a back panel with an indented rectangular shape; curved broad shoulders around the top portion of the bottle, but most pronounced where each beveled edge meets the shoulder; a straight, cylindrical neck; a square bottom with angled corners. The broken lines on the screw top of the bottle indicate that the screw top is not part of the mark.
