The mark consists of the upper case letters "T" and "R" on the left side of mark in black with an equals sign after the letter "T" and after the letter "R". There is a jagged light green sphere with light green sphere with light green lighting emanating from the sphere with two lightning bolts under the "T=R=" and two lightning bolts over the word "BREAKOUT". The word "BREAKOUT" in bold upper case letters in black color with green hue comes out from the center of the jagged sphere, with each letter increasing in size. All of the beige background which fades from dark on the left to lighter on the right. At the left of the beige background, there is a vertical beige band. The color white represents background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
