Federal Street; excluding from the circle, however, those parts of Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan that would otherwise be within the 70 mile radius circle and further excluding those portions of Rockford, Illinois within the 70 mile radius with the following zip codes: 60129, 60146, 60518, 60530, 60553, 61008, 61012, 61016, 61038, 61049, 61052, 61065, 61068, 61353.
