The mark consists of a circle outlined in two colors, red and black. Inside the circle is an image of a pink pig, wearing blue sunglasses, a red t-shirt and wrist band. The pig is holding a fork with a red piece of ribs on it. The pig and the fork with the meat are outlines with yellow. The background of the circle has orange and yellow flames in it, on a gradient background, which goes from red on the bottom to brown, grey and eventually black. Underneath the circle is a white ribbon banner, outlined in black, yellow and red. Inside the banner there is a sign "THAT'S THE WAY BBQ GO!" in stylized letters, outlined in yellow, with thin black and thick grey shadows facing downwards. The letters are colored by a gradient starting with red on the bottom, going to brown, grey, and finally black on the top. Underneath the banner is a stylized, white sign BBQ TEAM, where the M in TEAM has an extended "tail" which extends down and underlines the word TEAM and BBQ from right to left, creating a ribbon shape. The letters are also outlined in black, on a yellow background which only includes the lettering of BBQ TEAM, which then is outlined in yellow and red.
