The mark consists of the front side of a generally transparent glass liquor bottle, the width increasing slightly moving from the base of the body upward to the shoulder, the body of the bottle having a baked on painted label with stylized letters PH in purple above a drawing of the head and upper body of Jimi Hendrix, the upper portion outlined in flames and the lower portion in smoke, above the words Purple Haze Liqueur in block lettering against a maroon background fading to clear towards the top of the bottle, having a purple wrapper on which the stylized letters PH appear again in white.
