The mark consists of the initials K.H.V. in the color light yellow superimposed on a background of a yellow and green burst of light with the color blue and with a film reel in white to the right on a background of blue, green and yellow. To the left of the initials are five film strips, three of which are in the color burgundy placed vertically side by side and two placed somewhat curved horizontally in black. At the top of the design is a black border and the bottom of the design is bordered by a heavy black band with the film reel in white with shades of blue and green intersecting the black border.
