The mark consists of a circle, and inside of the circle, an eastern dragon looks straight to the viewer, holding a small sphere with its left five claws and a lightning bolt with its right five claws. Above the dragon's head, between the dragon's antlers, there is the Earth, shows the North American continent and the South American continent.
