The mark consists of the arched wording "NATIVE AMERICAN" in blue and "WOMEN WARRIORS" in red on the perimeter of a concentric circles design featuring a black outer circle and a blue center circle. The blue circle is divided into four sections by thick lines in white, red, yellow, and black. Where the horizontal lines meet the black circle, there are two large feathers in white and black with three red dots pointing downward from the image. Inside the blue circle and atop the lines are two black guns forming a triangle with a white center that resembles a traditional tipi. The tipi design features a black oval representing the entrance with two blue hand prints on the sides of the oval; above this are two red arrows crossing each other to form an "x" shape. Hanging from the end of the gun pointing to the left is a black and white feather draped with a blue, red, and white stylized flag. Atop the blue circle and tipi design is a soaring black and white eagle.
