The mark consists of the following: a motion mark consisting of five freeze frames showing a red flag and flagpole design in which the flag moves as if flapping in the wind; underneath each depiction of the flag and flagpole is a shadow in which the flagpole appears in dark blue-gray and the flag appears in dark blue-gray fading to light blue-gray; the shadow of the flag is shown moving as if mirroring the movement of the flag; beneath the flag and flagpole design is the blue stylized term "EVEREST" in upper case. The color white represents background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
