The mark consists of the wording "Capital City! A for Apple! Designs by Olive. New York!" surrounding a hexagon outlined in black with a brown, black, orange, yellow, green and white checkerboard print which is under a hexagon outlined in black with a yellow and white checkerboard print, where the print on the bottom hexagon is visible through the print of the second hexagon. Below the second hexagon is a black polygon shape with the wording "Designs by Olive." in orange, and on top of the second hexagon are six circles, all outlined in black, one circle with a blue, purple and yellow checkerboard background print, with a circular design in orange, brown and yellow and a blue square in the middle outlined in black and containing fifteen small circles in yellow in a circle, surrounding a smaller square with a yellow and black design, two circles with a brown, black, orange, yellow and green checkerboard print, one circle with a purple, blue and yellow floral design and one circle with an orange, yellow and black checkerboard print, containing a yellow letter "A" and to the right of the circle is the wording "for Apple!" with "for Apple!" in yellow and the exclamation point in red. The wording "Capital City!" appears in red at the top left of the mark and the wording "New York!" appears in black at the bottom right of the mark. Extending diagonally behind the entire mark is a stylized line in black and blue.
