The mark consists of a rectangular green label design that carries the mark "SOFTSOAP" in white stylized letters contained in a blue stylized banner shape with a grey bar running along the bottom edge and curving upward in the lower right hand corner of the banner shape. The banner shape is placed towards the top of the mark. Also at the top of the mark are images of dark green stylized leaves in one corner and flowers in the opposite corner which have white and grey petals with centers that are yellow, tan and orange. Towards the center of the label are the words "BALI BLISS" in white lettering. Towards the lower half of the label is the image of a flower with yellow petals and a white center. In front of the lower half of the flower, is the image of half a coconut which is white with tiny brown speckles, a dark brown rim and brown shell. Next to the Coconut is the image of a blue and light blue sky with white clouds, a white star burst of light with white rays and white hazy circles. The sky meets the image of an ocean which is blue and dark blue with white foam. The white foam meets a beige sandy beach. At the foot of the mark is a white flower with a yellow and orange center and small green leaf. Next to the flower is the image of half a lime fruit which is green and light green with a white center, white speckles, white rim bordered in green and a green skin. Next to the lime is part of a flower which is white and yellow. The matter shown in broken lines serves only to show the position or placement of the mark and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
