The mark consists of a circular image of navy blue that gradients to a royal blue in the center of the mark. The lettering "Permian Internal Medicine" arcs across the outside of the top inner circle of the mark in large lettering. The lettering "Associates" arcs across the outside of the bottom of the inner circle of the mark in large lettering. There are navy blue curved lines on either side of the circle, on either side of the word "Associates," and below the words "Permian" and "Medicine." In the middle of the circle are the initials "PIMA" with the image of a stick person illustrated as doing a pirouette through the initials. The image of a person doing a pirouette has the image of a tape measure around its waist. The words "Healthy Life Better Community" appear arced inside the top inner part of the circle. The background of the mark is all in white and the lettering and design are all in navy blue that gradients to royal blue near the center of the mark.
