The mark consists of an anchor superimposed above the words "Esta Es La Ley", which is contained within a triangle superimposed above a six-pointed star, within which star appears the letter "M", the word "SOLO" appearing along and outside the left side of said triangle and the word "ELOI" appearing along and outside the right side of said triangle, the entirety of the foregoing being contained within a circular band comprised of diamond shapes, which in turn is enclosed within a circular band that contains the words "ESCUELA MAGNETICA ESPIRITUAL DE LA COMUNA UNIVERSAL FUNDADA EL 20 DE SEPTIEMBRE DEL ANO 1911 MTRO. FDOR JOAQUIN TRINCADO CATEDRA REGIONAL ALFREDO MATOS SEGARRA NUEVA ERA", which circular band comprises 14 triangles with the bases of said 14 triangles affixed to the outer edge of said circular band and the points of said 14 triangles pointing outward from the center of the mark, all of which is superimposed above the letters/words "EMECU-EME de la CU COMMONWEALTH OF PUERTO RICO".
