Description of Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising product design in the nature of the top of a disposable insert for a milk warming device, namely, a visible end portion of the rim. The mark is comprised of a yellow three dimensional design with five thin linear divots, each of which ends on one side in a raised bulbous tip, and the opposite side visually tapering into an open circle.
