Disposable, non-woven fabric sheets made of polypropylene for personal hygienic use in the nature of disposable, protective, single-use, sanitary unfitted covers for physical fitness equipment and physical fitness exercise surfaces for preventing contact between user's skin and fitness equipment and exercise surfaces, not for medical use

Protective, single-use, sanitary covers for fitness equipment and exercise surfaces, namely, non-woven fabric sheets made of polypropylene, that are placed over potentially contaminated or dirty fitness surfaces such as an exercise mat, floor, or weight bench press pad, to help prevent contact between user's skin and said fitness surfaces in order to reduce chance of disease transmission by fully covering the surface thus reducing skin to equipment contact and by providing a water-resistant barrier to help prevent sweat or oil (which can contain pathogens) on equipment to contaminate user and vice versa. Note: The above product is essentially an alternative to laying down a towel or wiping equipment down with an antibacterial gym wipe. There is no other product like it on the market (that I know of) so there's no common generic name. The cover product described above (called the "Fit Cover" by Fort Neo) is the main product of Fort Neo but other infection prevention products for fitness will potentially be launched in the future. As a fitness-based company providing exercise products and accessories, all of our products in the portfolio are planned to fall into class 28. The underlying theme is infection prevention products for exercise and fitness centers. These are not medical products or clothing. To answer the other questions raised in the office action: Applicant must provide additional information about the "covers," the "non-woven fabric sheets," and the manner in which the covers/sheets are to be used, attached, or otherwise applied to the fitness equipment. Fort Neo response: The covers which are non-woven fabric sheets are simply laid on top of equipment such as a towel might lay on top of a bench press pad or exercise mat before a user exercises Will the non-woven fabric take any other form besides "sheets" Fort Neo response: No, for the cover product mentioned, the form will only be sheets What is the average size of the size of the sheets Will they be available in various sizes to accommodate different sizes of fitness equipment Fort Neo response: The covers are 130cm by 61cm sheets. There are no plans to offer it in other sizes. It can be easily folded along the pre-folded creases to accommodate smaller equipment surfaces.
