Treaty; building codes, concerning the effect of handicapped access concerning physical access to any and all venues, public and private, indoor or outdoor buildings, facilities, areas, including parking and/or restroom facilities and including but not limited to: office locations, hotels, any type of resort; inns, bed and breakfasts, public or private homes, conference facilities, restaurants, street facilities, such as outdoor or street shopping or eating; any mall (whether enclosed or not) and strip malls or stand alone shopping; concert facilities, movie theaters, gaming facilities, sports facilities, health care facilities such as but not limited to hospitals, hospice facilities, nursing homes, retirement communities, assisted living facilities, urgent care centers, clinics, outpatient facilities, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, correctional facilities, veterinary and pet boarding facilities, stables, civic and municipal facilities including but not limited to law enforcement facilities and fire stations, museums, schools, public and private, memorials, cemeteries, religious facilities, transportation facilities such as train terminals, bus terminals, airports, helicopter pads, public venues such as parks, golf courses, including miniature golf, tennis courts, water venues and similar public venues or facilities, indoor and outdoor art, music and farmer's or flea markets; beach, sea, lake, river, stream, or pond water facilities; boats including transportation, pleasure, casual, tourist or fishing vessels; transportation methods such as trains, cars, limousines, taxis, or other transportation for hire, aircraft of all types; parking areas based on an individual's experiences, measurements and observations, capabilities or challenges using both plain language or common terminology and ratings in order to assist others in being able to access, assess, evaluate or use the aforementioned locations and facilities, as well as being a social network via electronic media
