The mark consists of a stylized shield divided into four quadrants. A scale of justice stands within the top left quadrant. Two items stand in the top right quadrant: a calculator positioned towards the top right side of the quadrant; and a notebook, which is positioned towards the bottom left side of the quadrant. There is a checkmark positioned over the notebook. A stylized globe icon stands in the bottom lefthand quadrant. There is a computer mouse arrow positioned over the globe icon. Two identical stylized houses are positioned in the bottom righthand quadrant. The quadrants are divided by a line and the shield is outlined by another line, which is then again outlined by another line. The words "BANKRUPTCY LISTING SERVICES" are written in capital letters in an arc around the top half of the shield. The word "INSTITUTE" is written in capital letters in an arc around the bottom half of the shield. Two stylized stars separate "BANKRUPTCY LISTING SERVICES" from "INSTITUTE" on both sides. All together, the words appear to encircle the shield. The words and the shield appear in the forefront, against a circle. Surrounding the circle are stylized wax drippings which are then outlined by a line. The entire mark is meant to emulate a seal or a wax stamp.
