The mark consists of an image of a King of Hearts playing card with a mottled cream background where the letter "K" appears in red in the top left corner of the image with a red heart below the letter "K", to the right of the "K", within rectangle lined in black, appears another red heart in the top left corner and the image of a king wearing royal robes with patterns in the color yellow, red, white and black, wearing a crown in the colors yellow and black, and holding a sword in the colors black, white and yellow, to his head, below the image of the king is a black rectangle, or band, with a cream horizontal line running along the top of the black band and a cream line running along the bottom of the black band with the words "SUICIDE KING" appearing over, and centered vertically within, the black band set forth in white, and centered below those words the word "WHISKEY" appearing over, and centered vertically within, the black band set forth in cream, below the black band bearing the words is a duplicate rendering of the image appearing above the black band, but for being rotated by 180 degrees.
