The mark consists of a squarish shape that has curved edges and points the extend at a point outside of the square on each of the four sides. The border of the shape is a thin uneven line that is pastel yellow. The inside of the shape is filled in in a pastel blue color. Close to the thin line of pastel yellow but lying on top of the light blue that fills the shape, is a line of white dots that follows the perimeter of the shape, including the curved edges and the outward points. Centered from left to right and sitting at the top of the shape appear the in pastel yellow and large lower case letters the words "smart cookies". The words "smart cookies" occupy more than half of the upper half of the shape and extend into the lower half and below the points on the right and the left side of the shape. The words extend nearly the entire length of the shape. The words are bubbly and have curved edges to some of the letters. Directly underneath the words "smart cookies" are two white squiggly lines that curve down, create a large loop, followed by a small loop and then curve towards the center of the shape and wrap underneath to meet the upper edge. The two white squiggly lines are nearly mirror images of each other and are centered in the large squarish shape towards the lower half of the square. Below the two white squiggly lines are the words in pastel yellow and small lower case letters "sweets with an attitude". These sit right above the point at the lower half of the shape and stretch across the shape getting close to both the right and the left side.
