The mark consists of product packaging with a clear window in the middle of the packaging for viewing the product. The color white is portrayed in a banner like design underneath the top ribbon. Within the white area and appearing to the right is the wording "PANAMEI SEAFOOD" shown in dark blue and written in a stylized lettering. A wave design appears underneath wording and consists of the colors turquoise, light blue, and dark blue. Gray is not a feature of the mark but in the depiction of the packaging, the area that appears to be gray is a clear window giving customers the ability to view the product inside the packaging. The clear window is a feature of the mark. To the left of the white area and overlapping the clear window is a circle like design. The top portion of the circle is shaded in light blue with a gradient effect and growing lighter towards the bottom of the circle until the color is white. The mark "THE QUALITY IS FROZE-IN" is depicted in dark blue and white stylized lettering and appears in the circle. The design of an arched banner sits across the middle portion of the circle in dark blue. The wording "Premium Quality Assured" appears in stylized lettering in the bottom portion of the circle in dark blue, against a white background. Just beneath the clear window is a wave design consisting of the colors turquoise, light blue and dark blue, which extends to the full width of the packaging. Here too there is a gradient effect beginning with light blue and growing darker towards the bottom of the packaging representing ocean water. The dotted lines surrounding the mark are not part of the mark and serves only to show the placement of the mark.
