The mark consists of a stylized representation featuring the letters in the font Quicksand Bold a yellow capital letter "N" and in lower case, the yellow letters "E", " U", "R", and "O" followed by in the color blue the capital letter "T" followed by the lower case letters "A", "R", "G", "E", and "T", together spelling the word "NEUROTARGET", below and to the right in blue the lower case the letters "S", "Y", "S", "T", "E", "M" together spelling the word "SYSTEM", the writings having superimposed in the background behind the letters a series of three ever enlarging filled in circles consisting of six in the color blue extending in a gradual clockwise vertical arc the smallest circle above the letter "O" to the largest circle below the letter "R", six in the color yellow extending in a gradual horizontal arc, the smallest circle on the left under the letter "O" in "NEURO" to largest on the right and under the "A" in "TARGET", and 5 in the color pale yellow, essentially vertical in a gradual arc largest to smallest from the largest above the "T" in "TARGET" with the smallest appearing within the "a" in "TARGET", all arranged in a triangular pattern reflecting the stylized effect of the human spine and intersecting the letters so that the fourth blue circle from the top appears inside of the letter "O" in the word "NEURO," and the bottom circle in the color pale yellow appears inside the opening in the letter "A" in "TARGET", and the far right largest circle in the color yellow appears directly in front of the letter "S" in the word "SYSTEM". The color white as it appears represents background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as part of the mark.
