The mark consists of a long rectangle with a white background. The left side of the rectangle is comprised of a blue triangle with the the left and bottom sides of the rectangle comprising two of the triangle's sides; the top of the triangle is cut off on the top and is bisected by a dark blue line. Next to the top half of the triangle are the lower portions of three columns in shades of gray on a gray geometrically shaped background. Overlaying the left bottom portion of the gray columns, the hypotenuse of the blue rectangle, and white space below the gray geometric shape next to the lower half of the hypotenuse of the rectecngle, are a series of yellow concentric circles in a geometric formation. Next to the white space and the gray geometric shape is a hand in beige, outlined in gray, with the index finger pointing up and the other fingers curled. The tip of the index finger is cut off by the top of the rectangle. The right side of the rectangle has a small blue semi-triangular geometric shape in the lower right corner above which, and in the upper right corner, is a gray geometric shape with the bottoms of three columns, also in shades of gray. There is a triangle with its largest side on the top right side of the rectangle, comprised of a series of yellow concentric circles. Half of the triangle overlays the gray geometric shape and two columns and the other half of the triangle overlays white space above the word "Error".
