The mark consists of the following: The term "CAJUNVILLE" in stylized, red script font. In between the words is a red circle with the term "BAYOU BLAKE LLC" in white writing. Within the circle is a green alligator with a yellow stomach. The alligator has two white eyes with black pupils. The alligator's mouth is open and he has two white teeth, a red mouth, a pink tongue and a black throat. The alligator is wearing a white chefs' hat with a black and gold fleur-de-lis. In the alligator's hand is a white spice shaker with a red top to the right are black lines indicating that motion is occurring and to the left multiple granules of gold spice are falling out of the shaker which are indicated with black lines.
