To the best of Applicant's knowledge, the concurrent user began to use the "JIMMY CHANGA'S" mark on or after October 29, 2008. To the best of Applicant's knowledge, no registration has issued to the concurrent user for the "JIMMY CHANGA'S" mark, and the concurrent user has not filed an application to register the mark.
