Description of Mark
The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of the contour and placement of a zipper tape and teeth on a mattress, specifically on the upper one-third of the mattress ends and on the lower two-thirds of the mattress sides with a diagonal slant near the mattress corners forming the transition between the end and side zipper placement. A small square fabric tab connected to the upper portion of the zipper is located on the far left side of the mattress. The zipper, zipper tape and zipper teeth are not part of the mark and serve only to show placement of the mark on the goods. The broken lines depicting the outline of a mattress indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not claimed as a part of the mark.
