The mark consists of the letter "W" which is solid gray in color, with no outline, a solid gray colored scalpel extends from the first line of the "W" and extends through to the bottom of the "W" in "Wound", the letter "C" which is solid black in color has a curved line on the top, a flat line that runs parallel to the "W" before it, a curved line on the bottom, the letter "S" which is the same solid gray color as the "W" before it and is slightly offset below the letter "C" and the top curve goes into the opening of the letter "C", "Wound Care Surgeons" is printed in solid black lettering, below the lettering of "WCS", starting at the end of the scalpel blade, the mark has a solid white background.
