The mark consists of a beige background with the wording "GINGER PEACH" in stylized black lettering at the top, below which appears an elongated rectangle with rounded sides in light green, and a square with feathered edges and rounded corners in orange. Within the square appear the words "THE REPUBLIC OF TEA" in stylized white lettering. In the square, centered above the words "THE REPUBLIC OF TEA", is a stylized design of a teapot, in light orange. To the upper left of the teapot, overlapping the beige background and the square, is a circle with a hatch-marked outer ring in dark green and a solid blue colored interior. At the upper left-hand side of the label border are orange irregular shadings that also appear along the bottom label border. When applied to the packaging, the design elements appear on the front of the container for the goods.
