The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by person authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the goods or services provided have following characteristics: Luxury resorts, casinos, hotels and golf courses that satisfy the "5-Star" rating or higher, satisfy the prerequisites of "The Leading Hotels of the World", satisfy LEED or equivalently recognized energy efficient particularly for new developments as opposed to refurbished properties, involve nationally or internationally recognized or award winning architect or development teams or designed, developed and executed new or refurbished golf courses capable of achieving top 100 ranking for their region and/or similarly internationally recognized standards of luxury, efficiency or award worth design and developments involving resorts, casinos, hotels and golf courses.
