The mark consists of The letters Q, S and I contained in the top portion of an irregular pentagon. There is a checkmark starting in the midsection of the letter Q leading to the top section of the letter S. Beneath the letters there is a solid rectangle which extends horizontally across the pentagon. Also within the pentagon and below the solid rectangle is the term Certified Organization. Below the pentagon there is a small ring that connects the pentagon with an O-shaped figure with a relatively thick black border. The internal area of the O-Shaped figure contains two horizontal lines and three vertical lines, as well as 5 black irregular patches.
