The mark consists of face of a featureless male character looking towards his right open hand palm containing a free floating medical scepter. The face & torso & arm & hand of the character are contained in a circle. One wing of the medical scepter extends to the edge of the circle. All the body features of the character and the medical scepter are blue. As the design mark is viewed from right to left, the darkness of the blue color becomes lighter. The face of the character has edges of white color contrasting with blue to exhibit a shadow pattern on the face. The inner part of the circle is white as is the background color for the entire mark where blue is not in use. Letters at the bottom of the circle spell out Direct Doctor in dark blue color. The letters "D" in Direct Doctor are capitalized with a small opening at the bases, the font most resembles Avenir.
