The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of a bottle seen from multiple views: the cap and upper neck of the bottle are red, with the words "IT'S PADDY'S ROUND!" in white on both front and back. Below that is a white band surrounding the neck of the bottle with a thin gold stripe toward the top and bottom. On this white band, a red diagonal band runs from upper right to lower left around most of the neck bearing the word "PADDY" in white stylized script; above the red diagonal band to the left of the word "PADDY" are the words "ESTD 1779" in black on white; below the red diagonal band to the right of the word "PADDY" are the words "THE" in black print, "SOFT & MELLOW" in black script and "IRISH WHISKEY" in red print. At the top front of the bottle, just below the point where the neck joins the shoulder, is the word "PADDY" in stylized script embossed in the glass; this wording is also visible from the top of the bottle. Below this is a white label with eight sides that is taller than it is wide. A gold border extends around all sides of the label except the lower right corner which is covered by a red diagonal band bearing the stylized wording "THE PADDY FLAHERTY BRAND" in white. At the top of the label is the wording "TRIPLE DISTILLED" in black script, and below that, the word "PADDY" in large black letters, and below that, "IRISH WHISKEY" in red, and below that, "ESTD 1779" in black. At the center of the white label is a map of Ireland, divided into four sections: the top portion green, the bottom portion blue, the left portion red and the right portion yellow. To the left of the map is the wording "BLENDED TO PERFECTION WITH TRIPLE DISTILLED POT STILL, MALT AND GRAIN WHISKEYS AND MATURED" in black, and to the right of the map is the wording "FOR MANY YEARS IN OAK CASKS, PADDY IS A SOFT AND MELLOW WHISKEY WITH A SWEET, MALTY FINISH" in black. Extending to the left and right from behind the map, and behind the wording, are stalks and leaves of grain in cream. Below the map is the wording "MATURED IN OAK IN IRELAND" in black. At the bottom of the white label is a cream-colored, horizontal rectangle with semi-circular indentations at the corners; the lower right side of the rectangle is covered by the red band. At the top of this rectangle is the wording "DISTILLED & BOTTLED BY CORK DISTILLERIES CO. LTD." In black with a horizontal double black line below it, and below that the words "BLEND POT STILL, GRAIN & MALT" in black to the left and "RECIPE PF07810000" in black to the right, the two wordings separated by a black vertical line. Below that is a horizontal single black line, and the wording "APPROVED BY" in black and the signature "JAMES MURPHY" in blue, with a horizontal double black line below. At the bottom of the front of the bottle are the words "PRODUCT OF IRELAND" embossed in the glass. Running vertically up both sides of the bottle is the word "PADDY" embossed in the glass in large-sized lettering. On the back of the bottle is a white label with eight sides that is taller than it is wide. At the top of the label is the wording "TRIPLE DISTILLED" in black script, and below that, the word "PADDY" in large black letters, and below that, "IRISH WHISKEY" in red, and below that, "ESTD 1779" in black. Diagonally across the center of the label from lower left to upper right are the words "THE" in gray print, "PADDY FLAHERTY" in gray stylized script, and just below those words, "BRAND" in gray print. Near the bottom of the label is a horizontal red band with a bar code underneath. Across the wrapping over the round cap of the bottle is the word "PADDY" in white lettering, and around the edges of the cap above the word "PADDY"are the words "TRIPLE DISTILLED", and below are the words "IRISH WHISKEY". The broken lines depicting the outlines of the bottle and cap, and the wedge-shaped indentation at the bottom front of the bottle, are not a part of the mark and serve only to show placement of the mark. The gold color of the bottle is merely to show the level of the liquid, and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
