The mark consists of a dark grey shield shape outlined in black. The shield has a gold star in the top left corner. On the left side of the shield are three lines diagonally positioned beginning from the midpoint of the left side and ascending upwards to the center of the shield. The top line is red, the middle line is cream and the bottom line is light blue. On the right side of the shield are three lines diagonally positioned beginning from the midpoint of the right side of the shield ascending upwards to the center of the shield. The top line is light blue, the middle line is cream, and the bottom is red. The two sets of lines intersect at the top portion of the shield in the center. Under the junction of the two sets of lines is an image of a white key, with three round white circles grouped together positioned at the top of the key. Directly centered above the shield is an image of a gold crown with the inside of the crown in dark grey. Positioned outside this shield on either side are dark grey wing-like shapes.
