The certification mark, as intended to be used by authorized persons, certifies that the services are being performed by a person meeting certifier's standards as to quality and proficiency in providing strategic communications services as reflected by the successful completion of a written examination and meeting the requirements of competency, skill, experience, knowledge and ethical conduct set by the certifier.
