The mark consists of the following features embossed on the three-dimensional configuration of a bottle seen from multiple views: on the front just below the point where the neck joins the shoulder of the bottle are three birds, namely swallows, in a curving row. The birds are in silhouette, with the left and center birds facing to the right, and the bird on the right facing to the left. On the front of the bottle at the bottom is the letter "P" in a diamond. On the back of the bottle at the bottom are the words "JOHN POWER & SON" in script. The broken lines depicting the outlines of the bottle and of the notches on the bottom of the bottle are not a part of the mark and serve only to show the placement of the mark.
