The mark consists of three concentric circles, the outer and innermost concentric circles being shaded, and the outer concentric circle having a decorative, scalloped edge. Two pieces of garland extend outwardly, left and right, from a center point beneath the outer circle. The middle, unshaded concentric circle is fully dissected by a horizontal line and contains the words, "VENERATIO", within the arching top portion of the middle circle, "OTIS", within the dissecting line extending across the middle circle, and "VESTRI", within the arching bottom portion of the middle circle. The word "OTIS" includes two floating endpoints on either side of the word. The horizontal line dissecting the middle circle also dissects the innermost, shaded circle into two semi circles. Within the innermost, shaded circle is the outline of a crest, also dissected by the horizontal line. The crest includes a standing silhouette of a goat with two pieces of garland extending outwardly from around the goat's feet, therein. Both the goat and the garland are positioned on top of the dissecting horizontal line of the middle, unshaded concentric circle which reads, "OTIS".
