The mark consists of a hot air balloon with a dangling fish below it. The hot air balloon has black criss-crossing lines encompassing the balloon which converge at the bottom in a black gondola. The balloon has vertical stripes alternating left to right: white, stippled, white, stippled, white, aqua, white, stippled, white, aqua, white, aqua, white, stippled, white, aqua, white, stippled, white, stippled, white, stippled. The fish is dangled below the gondola by three black lines and has a yellow mouth with black accents and yellow and black shaded upper body, with black lines indicating scales borders. The lower part of the body is white circles with black scale lines. The eye is white with a black pupil and just below and to the left of the eye is a small white portion with black lines creating a scaled effect. The pectoral fin is aqua with black lines and borders and small amount of yellow at the base. The dorsal fin is black with a yellow stripe. The fin behind the dorsal fin has a lower yellow stripe, above which is a black stripe above which is an aqua stripe, all scored with black lines. Left to right, the tail has a yellow base, then a black base then aqua and then black, all scored with black lines. The ventral fin is aqua over white over black with black scoring lines. A small lower fin/spine is black.
