The mark consists of "Happy Day Donuts" circular mark of a smiling gold colored donut, wearing black sunglasses that are shaded at the top of each lens with gold color, the bottom of the lens is shaded in aqua, and a black smile. Donut is represented in gold, slightly darker gold at its inner and outer edge, with a wavy apex outer line surrounded by an interior and exterior band of copper color. There is a thin gray shadow adjacent to and on the lower as well as right side of the copper colored exterior band. The smiling donut with sunglasses is surrounded by a small band of white with a larger aqua colored band on which the words "HAPPY DAY DONUTS" are written in white letters. Each letter of "HAPPY DAY DONUTS" is outlined with a copper colored border. Bordering the outside of the aqua band with the lettering is a small white band that is encased by a smaller band copper in color constituting the outer edge of the mark.
