The mark consists of silhouette of a group protesting with individual silhouettes of the front seven (7) from left to right as follows: first individual with right arm raised in a fist; second individual with right arm raised hand open; third individual with right arm raised in a fist; fourth individual with no arms raised; fifth individual with right arm raised in a fist; sixth individual with left arm raised in a fist; seventh individual holding a large flag on a pole posted at his feet; with a flag raising up from the background behind the second individual and a banner stretched between two posts raising up behind the fifth and sixth individuals; the word "UNDERGROUND" written horizontally in all caps in a stylized font centered vertically and horizontally on the silhouette between two parallel lines running horizontally above and beneath the word "UNDERGROUND"; and the letters "M-V-M-T" laid out horizontally beneath the bottom parallel line, each letter centered in its own square on top of the silhouette just above the feet of the group.
