The mark consists of the design of the product packaging with a blue background in the top and middle portions of the mark and a clear background on the bottom portion. There is a depiction of a black bowl where the inside of the bowl is brown with salmon colored sliced raw tuna on top of white rice with shredded dark green and brown seaweed and wasabi and a green leaf on top of the fish. Behind the left side of the bowl, there is a white plate with a blue stripe with sliced green, yellow and orange vegetables on it. To the left upper side of the bowl, are three vertical rows of Japanese characters in purple lettering with a white border. The first and second rows of Japanese characters appear in black inside of a red rectangle outlined in black and transliterate to "MAGURODON TARE". The third row of Japanese characters transliterates to "NIHON NO AJI" and appears in white in a gold rectangle outlined in black. Below the right side of the bowl, in black are five Japanese characters that transliterate to "CHOURI SANKOU REI". Centered below the bowl, is a red square outlined in white with white Japanese letters in three rows. The first row contains three Japanese characters that transliterate as "AJIDUKURI". The second row contains one Japanese character which transliterate as "TOU". The third row contains two Japanese characters which transliterate as "SHOUTEN". To the right of the square are four Japanese characters that transliterate to "(KABU) TOHSHOUTEN". The shape of the packaging which is shown in dotted lines is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
