The mark consists of the configuration of a container for a bottled beverage comprising: two hinged upstanding compartments each having two exterior generally planar surfaces at right angles to each other and of equal dimensions and triangular top and bottom planar members of equal dimensions with the internal volume of one compartment filled with a generally pliable material such as polyfoam having a planar surface that extends to the edges of the compartment and into which is formed above the bottom planar surface and below the top planar surface a recess of a size and shape of a portion of a bottle (such as the bottle shown in dotted lines and exploded from the recess) such that when such a bottle is disposed in the recess a portion of the bottle protrudes beyond the planar surface of the pliable material; and a light at the approximate midpoint of the bottle-shaped recess, shown with emanating rays that illuminate the fluid within a bottle in the recess; and the other compartment having an internal space sized to receive a portion of a bottle in the recess of the other compartment when the two compartments are brought together bringing the hypotenuse edges of the triangular top and bottom planar surfaces into contact.
