The mark consists of a 2-D stylized word "UroDEK" and a 3-D graphic of an antibody, "UroDEK" is depicted horizontally from the left to the right of the mark, the letters "U" and "DEK" of "UroDEK" are in uppercase and the letters "ro" of "UroDEK" are in lowercase, the letters "Uro" are gold in color and the letters "DEK" are teal in color, on top of the left-hand side of the letter "D" of "UroDEK" is a graphic representation of an antibody shaded to give it a 3-D appearance, the antibody consists of two gold bars and two teal bars, the gold bars represent the heavy chains of an antibody and the teal bars represent the light chains of an antibody, the gold bars are mirror images of each other, consisting of obtuse angles, the upper legs of each angle are longer than the lower legs and are attached to each other, the lower legs create a 45 degree angle with each other, together creating a gold Y-shaped graphic angled towards the left-hand side of the logo that is attached to the top left-hand corner of the letter "D" of the stylized word "UroDEK", the teal bars are parallel and attached to the outside of the lower legs of the gold "Y", one teal bar on each lower leg. The color white appears as a transparency and is not a part of the mark.
